2 years, the new season is in two and a half months and we have still not bought anyone, like i said we are already behind Man Utd and Chelski and then United have spent 50 million already and Chelski can spend money at any time. I know it's only june and we have a couple of months left but i wnat action now.

Yeah, I don't see how a 3-0 win for Sweden is fair. Yes, Poulsen made a b*tch move and that fan was completely out of line, but I think a more fair punishment would be a fine and to just continue the match with Sweden taking a PK. That way Denmark is punished (because they'll probably still lose) but won't have their valiant comeback go for naught. And Sweden is still in fact lucky to get the win after it seemed like they might lose it in the final minutes. 3-0 is just too harsh...

 

But I do have some great news to report (unless you're a Middlesbrough supporter): Aliadiere is finally leaving Arsenal to play for Boro!

Look's like there is a chance that Liverpool could get Micheal Owen back for only 9 million, that's a bargain for a proven goal scorer who is now England's highest ever goal scorer. If Rafa really want's him then i can't see Owen going anywhere else than Liverpool as it is rumored he want's to return to Anfield.

So really it's upto Rafa if he want's him, Liverpool have not had a decent striker soince Owen left.

I'm not sure about that. He showed very brief flashes of ability sometimes, but it seemed like 99% of the time he was on the pitch he did absolutely nothing (aside from maybe 1 or 2 carling cup games). I really think Arsene only kept him this long because he's French... anyway, maybe he could be decent at Boro, but he was never going to do anything at Arsenal.

New fixtures for next season are announced on Thursday at 10.00am. BBC is putting them up as they come out so it will be interesting to see what teams get who on the first day of the new season.

Ah, the Premiership fixture release day, i love that day, it's a big buzz for me looking for the good games, let's hope Liverpool get an easy first 6 games to gte our season underway.

New Arsenal away kit for the 2007/08 has just been revealed on the Arsenal website. When my mum told me it was purple I feared for the worst but I like it and it makes a change to our usual away kit featuring either yellow or blue.

 

 

 

 

 

Has anyone seen the new Chelsea away kit?

I like the new away kit. I was never a really big fan of the yellow, and I think it's good to keep it simple. Also, the maroon-ish color is nice because it speaks to the club's history, seeing as that was Arsenal's original color.

The Arsenal kit is nice but yellow is the traditional away colours for the club, I often question the club and kit manufacturers thinking when they change such things. Either way it will sell well.

 

 

Cool picture too, would make a good siggy for an Arsenal fan.

 

Chelsea’s is horrible, I've seen it posted on various websites recently. Liverpool's new away shirt uses the same template and is much better. I work at Sports World so we have had a lot of the new season kits in lately, most recent was Man City.

I think Netherlands has biggest chanses since they are hosts.

Serbia beat Italy still need 2 points to quallify for semis.Englland missed a penalty against Czezh(Leroy Lita) but i still think they and Serbia are going throught,whilst Netherlands and Portugal are my tips for other group!!

Baird was f*cked around before the current manager came and was quite loyal. This guy was in the FA cup final a few years as a 21 year old then gets f*cked around for a few years be for George came to the club so he does have some loyalty i think if the saint,s got to the premiership then he would have stayed but i think the lure of the big leauge and his former international manger might be the reason he leave,s. Although i think he would like to see the saints getting a good bunch of cash for him
