Brazil is gonna whoop England's ass this week in Wimbley.

I say, Brazil wins 2-0.

What you guys think? (Many of you are english people... I'm american haha...) smile.gif

What do the Americans now about football, pfft. biggrin.gif

I was pissed off that we let a goal in the last 15 seconds of the game. mad.gif and i know it's only a friendly but MaClaren made some stupid substitutions.

Thats why im worried for Wednesday.

They reckon that Shorey will be dropped, and Alan Smith but the rest will stay in the team.

I really dont think we will qualify.

My goodness though, that was a lucky goal, the keeper wasn't that far from saving it, but he dived too late, bouncing header from Brazil, so late into the game aswell. I thought England done well though, playing a world-class team and managing to keep them away from the goal, with defence, but then things changed sad.gif. Both teams had some good chances, but missed, clumsy sometimes.

Estonia next, I rekon they could be a challenge for England.

Lol, they haven't scored a single goal for f*cking ages and how much you betting that they will score against England.

Since MaClaren has come in he hasn't done f*ck all different from Sven, time for a change me thinks, i don't think we will be going anywhere with MaClaren in charge. confused.gif

Contradiction?

England are so unstable, how many of the recent games have we said the exact same thing? "Oh yeah we will piss them" Then what happens?

Im sick of it, something needs to be done, major.

I kind of hope we lose to Estonia as doing so will cost McLaren his job, it would jeopardise our hopes of making Euro 2008 but as Waddy said something major needs to be done to get this team playing properly.

Agreed, I know its sh*tty and all that, but he really needs to go.

I hate going against the country and all that, but we need someone who knows what hes doing. If that someone is actually around.

I mean, who would be available? whos better?

I think McLaren should call up Joey Barton to the squad and keep him on the bench until we start losing then he can bring him on and get him to start beating up the opposistion.

Who could replace McLaren? Well how about Neil Warnock, I can't think if he's taken any offers yet since he left Sheffield United yet, has he.

Warnock, lol!

I cant stand Barton, looks like hes off to Newcastle, thatnk god Everton never followed it through!

Anyway, Just seen this from Uefa, wonder if there will be any punishment from it.

Good question!

Ideally I would want an English/British manager but the following contenders (strongest IMO) are busy -

I always wanted Allardyce but obviously that option is gone now. Pearce is being groomed for it but needs time in his U21 role. Curbishley hardly enhanced his reputation since moving to West Ham but things could improve. O'Neill is at Villa for the long term I think, especially with the financial backing they will be getting.

If we went the foreign route again Lippi wouldnt be a bad bet or Capello when he (inevitably) leaves Real Madrid. Of course communication is the problem as both speak very little English.

Worst fans in Europe

That's a load of sh*t for a start, UEFA are just releasing taht to hide their embarrsaement of how poorly they run the Champions League final.

To have a stadium with no counting system and no turnstiles is unforgivable for any standard of game, let alone a major final. As well as the police wern't upto scratch.

I can't believe the Italian's stabbed 12 united fans and the Turkish have stapped sh*t load sof people and Liverpool are worse who have stapped none. lol.gif

What is most surprising about the latest comments from Mr Gaillard is that on the eve of the final, he quite rightly commented that Liverpool supporters 'have a tradition of good behaviour'.

Let's not forget that these same supporters who Mr Gaillard is claiming are now the worst in Europe were praised by Uefa President Michel Platini after our semi-final victory against Chelsea only last month

commended for their behaviour in Istanbul in 2005 and actually honoured by Uefa at a gala dinner in Monte Carlo in 2001 as joint Supporters of the Years with Alves after the UEFA Cup final

All that praise how can we be the worst fans, even though we had some trouble makers, it's the same for every club team and every national team there's always going to be trouble makers.

Joey.Leone

The atmosphere in Wembley was immense (went a bit quiet at the start of the second half with everyone getting back to their seats), well me and my cousins were singing our hearts out, got lots of the people singing around us most of the time. tounge.gif

A bit gutting the way their goal came, but on the basis of play, they deserved it. Ill get some pics on here when ive uploaded them.

22nd August, Germany are due to play at Wembley. Now im gona be trying to get tickets for that!

As for tickets, we got them through being successful in the ballot on the FA's website, once we were successful we were allocated the tickets, we could choose from any price range we wanted but we went for the cheapest ones (we need to preserve our money tounge.gif) which were about 30 odd quid. Despite being quite high up, the view was great.

I cant remember how much exactly the most expensive tickets were, I think it was about £60 +

Well you had the Roma fans causing havoc both in the home leg and the away leg during the Man Utd games.

During the 2005 Champions League quarters finals you had the Inter fans throwing flares and all's sorts of sh*t at the AC Milan players, in which Dida got hurt.

During the game between Catania and Palermo a big riot started and one policeman died and another injured.

I'm sure there is plent more than the above examples, I don't see any of that ever happening in England, so yes Italian fans are worse than English fans.

Exactly, where not in the 70's and 80's anymore and we are now way near as bad as back then, where as many other nations are still bad.

All this sh*t is so UEFA can hide behind it and take all the attention away from how bad they organised the Champions League Final, f*ck all these foreigners running UEFA and FIFA we need a British person amongst the ranks, someone who knows what they're doing.

They say Liverpool fans have been in 25 incidents, id say 1 of those was bad, the others petty.

The Liverpool fans behavior in Athens was disgusting, you can blame UEFA all you want, The Milan fans were fine?

Liverpool knew that they had 17000 tickets for the final, It does not matter if that isnt enough, Liverpool Football club took 6000 of those tickets for sponsors etc, then sold 11,000 tickets to the fans, of course it wasnt enough, but thats what they got, same as Milan.

The stadium could easily hold that amount of fans, nobody expected 40,000 liverpool fans to turn up without tickets? They should not have travelled, simple as.

Also they stadium didnt expect them to charge gates either.

The fans who actually got real tickets then were not allowed in, it was a disgrace.

The Liverpool fans can blame UEFA as much as they like, but at the end of the day, of they didnt travel without tickets, there wouldnt have been a problem.

Believe me I know all about those incidents and many many more. It has been like this in Italy since the end of 60's and it's never going to stop.

It's always going to happen with Liverpool there's always going to be fans travelling without tickets and same for other clubs. Like all football teams they're are going to be some nobheads who ruin the occasion.

Maybe if the actual fans got tickets and they had not been sent out to people who do give a flying f*ck about football who have not been to a game all season and next minute they all have like V.I.P tickets for a Champions League final, maybe things wouldn't of been as bad.

Forget the Italians and the English. It's the Danes you've got to watch out for. They go for the Refs wow.gif

Yeah UEFA are talking out of their asses. Sure, Liverpool aren't perfect but they are not as bad as UEFA seem to think. I wouldn't be surprised if UEFA just based their opinions on Heysel and Hillsborough.

Find out what UEFA say about that on Friday.

So, almost there, We can do this I reckon, even if its by a single goal.

We should do it by about 10, but in usual English fashion, we wont.

Reading this morning, as a %, Hoddle was the 2nd most successful England manager, for amount of time there, and amount of games etc.

I’m not a fan of those statistics, going by them Sven would probably be quite high. Fact is Sir Alf Ramsey is our most successful manager simply because he won the World Cup.

I see some transfers have happened or are imminent -

Barton > Newcastle

Sibierski > Wigan

Bramble> Wigan

Viduka > Newcastle

Parker > West Ham

Quite a few more are supposedly in the pipeline so it could be one of the most busiest periods we’ve had for a while in the summer regarding transfers.

To be honest I would laugh if England lose or draw.

Sam Allardyce should be alright with Joey Barton. After all he's had El Hadji Diouf and Nicholas Anelka in his squad before.

Yeah but we had both Anelka and Barton in the same dessing room... I believe that how all this sh*t started with and Barton being a little hot-headed and Anelka being an even more sulky pr*ck whose ideas are about 5 miles above his station.

Another good win for Scotland 2-0 over the whale humpers in the North Atlantic.

As I post it's 2-0 to Englasie over Estoned-ia

3-0 not bad but we could of at least knocked a few more in against these part timers.

Also England have got to have better players than Jenas, Dyer and Downing somewhere in the counrty, i'm f*cking better than them.

Liverpool have been taken over and still no new transfers, tight ass yanks. mad.gif

Although I do like the BBC, I wish the table looked like this at the end of the season, we'd be above United and Chelsea wouldn't win the league

I no but i want us to splashing out 50 million on players like United, we already behind them in the league and they have spent that much and we have bought two young Hungarians that i have never heard off that's probally cost us a tenner.

Do you ever reckon that the Premiership table will ever finish alphabetically like that. wow.gif What are the odd's, serously if that ever happens it's gotta be the end of the world.

The great thing about Arsenal: they're always top-of-the-table at least once during the season icon14.gif. Seeing United finish in the lower-half would be pretty awesome too

And thanks for the highlights Joey. I can't believe Israel and Andorra played a qualifying match on that pitch though. I don't even think my high school team would play a match in conditions like those.

Jesus Christ Seddo. It's only June. You've got another 2 years to make any transfers.

Heh, did anyone hear what Bill Hicks said about UEFA? He said they were "clowns". Would have been funny if he had called them douchebags.
