Farewell to Arms...HELP!

You’re faced with 3 main objectives to pass this mission, all of which centre around Gonzalez. Firstly defend Gonzalez's truck, protect Gonzalez's men at the airport entrances and protect Gonzalez's plane as it takes off.

 

• You’ll also know you spend the whole mission from a helicopter with a minigun as your weapon. To start with keep an eye on the health meter of Gonzalez which displays on screen, and try not to shoot at his truck. It is marked by a blue arrow, the enemies are marked with pink arrows, and your radar will also indicate where they are coming from before being visible on screen.

 

• This time you have to get rid of the road blocks, beware that the enemy have possession of a Rocket Launcher and will try and blow you out of the sky. You can shoot down the rockets before they hit you, but the sooner you kill the people using them the better.

 

• At the entrances try and destroy enemy vehicles before they get out, it makes the job so much easier and works even better when there is a chain on enemy cars closely parked together.

 

• Inside the airport gun down the trucks before they intercept the plane on the runway. One will be very close behind it but you’ll risk damaging the plane should you try and take that out, instead destroy the others. Once the plane is airborne you’ll have completed the mission.

don't know if it's you, but some people don't know that you can use the L button for easier aiming...

tips: use L to slow down your aim. this is handy for aiming at a longer range, but it depends on your style.

 

also aim for the "bigger" object - ie: if you have two guys standing near a gang rancher, shoot the gang rancher till it blows up.
