Just use step through wall code to get past the invisible wall in the basement. There arent much in the basement, but you can see the safe which is open. I don't have the Cheat Device for this. 1) I only have the 32mb stick my PSP came with. 2) I currently have 2.82 firmware. If you go too low, the game realizes you're not supposed to be there and spawns you back above ground. Get low enough for a quick pause of the screen, and dont go any lower. That should be about the height you want. Trust me, this takes a hell load of practice, and a bigger load of patience. I once almost made it to the Mendez mansion underground, but spawned infront of the film studio. Of course, I haven't tried since then, I'm just saying. This takes patience. I must warn anybody attempting to enter the mansion to bring some suicidal weapons, as you cant escape after. I'm dissapointed at the moment because i went underground to see if Diaz's mansion was there and it wasnt sadly. Although there is an empty yet solid area where it should be. When in the Robbery high-roller interior i have managed to manipulate the screen to see outside and its about 200m high up just north of the Little Haiti dump (so it looks).
