Who knows? they wont port it to ps3 because the game is so small compared to the next gen games, ne way the ps3 is backwards compatible so they should port it to ps2 (for those of us who dont have a ps3 yet!) because we can all play it on the ps3 wen its ported to ps2! If so, The VCS for PS2 could be after GTA4 release Maybe they will port it to the PS3. Who knows? Why a PS3 port? We are waiting a PS2 version And i agree with steveplayer, you could play the PS2 version on the PS3, and, like I said before, we all have to wait... c ya! Looking at the strategy guide, magazines, videos and trailer, I think VCS looks great. I don't see why a game looking as great as that would not be released for ps2, but a game like LCS, which was not so great, would be ported. (I really love the idea of building a busines empire to XD) I asked some people why R* might not release VCS for ps2 and they said its reasonable because they are busy working on GTA 4, but I think before they work on the next GTA generation, they should finish up the GTA 3 generation for ps2. All of the GTA 3 games were released for ps2 so I don't see why a great looking game like this would not be. I don't care if it ain't that great either. I just think finishing the GTA 3 generation for ps2 would be a great idea because a lot of people are hoping that would happen. Also I know that a lot of people don't have ps3, so I think it ain't necessary to make the new GTA generation yet. It was gaining too much dust - I only purchased it (PSP) for LCS last Christmas and I haven't played it since, I'm hoping Rockstar do port it to PS2 they done this same strategy to screw with alot of consumers money last time. If it doesn't come to PS2 ever then I'm quite happy to let it be and not play it as I'd prefer to spend money on a PS3/X360 for GTA4 than PSP and GTA:*Stories. Rockstar Leeds made VCS (with only a little help from R*N). Don't believe that "resources" bullsh*t, as there is an entire team that could easily do it! Just one guy (from 1UP) made up something or made a mistake and then (to quote Jordan) n00bs deployed across the world and rammed this inconclusive point home, so now 90% of the world believes it!! Don't. It's WRONG. Rockstar can port the game if they want to. The real question is: Will they do it? I feel they'll make an announcement soon about a release on the PS2 port! I'm still surprised they didn't release LCS on PC! R* could have earned so much income so I'd think they'll at least release it on the PS2 to receive some more income! I hope they release the game on PS2, I'm desperate to play it! Looks like a really good game! Since they didn't release the game on the PS2 on the same day of the PSP release, I played Bully/Canis Canem Edit instead!
