Dont get me wrong, i like a challenge, but this one took me about 20 attempts lol. Most likly the hardest mission on a psp gta so far! Read on, if you wish: spoiler I got all the antenna things on the police station roofs ok, but trying to get away to the pay n' spray with 5 stars was just impossible. TonyZimmzy Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 Yeah!, you wern't the only one, that mission to me was harder than the final missions in SA LCS and VC when I got to the last one and had 5 Stars I got into the chopper on the roof and flew around looking for stars, untill I finally had 1 star which eventually went away, took me about 35 miniutes and 10 goes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Royal55 Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 yes i also thought this mission was very hard and i eventually completed it but does anyone here know how to complete the mission for lance its called light my fire and its right after the mission called in the air tonight and during light my fire you have to protect lance from the mendez goons and make sure he stays alive. spectre01 Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 this mission was a pain in the rear end... passed it with 4 tries. funny thing that FBI's gun is very powerful. after i destoryed all the targets, i jumped on a bike, head straght to pay n' spay, and passed a FBI road block. my bike was on fire just 1 second after i passed that road block... i jumped off the bike, and some FBI shot like 5 seconds, and i was died... d00d Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 well all i can say if before you go, stock up on armor and health. and some m14 ammo, too (or whatever that gun is). the first thing you should do on any rooftop is waste the police first, i chose this SMG because it has a good rate of fire, strength and has good range - so you can hide behind your chopper while being fired at. land as far away as possible from the cops too. dont mean to brag, but i passed this mission on the second attempt (no cheats before anyone points). i admit i got really lucky with a bike, weaving in and out of roadblocks =p. Hanney Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 First of all make sure you have full health aswell as armour. Then when you get the rocket launcher head to the police station. Shoot the two cops by the heli pad on the roof and blow the antenas. Take the VCPD helicopter on the helipad to the next place which i think is the VCPD station and land the helicopter on the tall building next to it. Get out while on top of the big building beside the VCPD police station get the rocket launcher and shoot at the antenas below. Once you have got this done move on over the the next police station roof which is in Downtown. Land the helicopter on the higher roof next to the Downtown VCPD station get out and stand at the edge again and shoot below CAREFULLY with the rocket launcher. By this time you will have 5 stars. Now to lower them you must go around the map with the helicopter collecting police bribes untill you have around 2 stars which is easy from there. Heres some bribe locations: 1. Next to the crane below the construction site in Downtown (The big building that is underconstruction near the biker bar) 2. At the airport near a ramp made of sand. 3. Near the trailer park this is hard to explain where but the best i can say is that its around the VROCK advertisement board that is on the side of the building 4. One at the south side of the North Point Mall (Inbetween the two south entrances.) Once you have raised your level low enough just land near a pay n spray with the helicopter and jack someones car and go into the pay n spray. kingvercetti Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 It took me tons of tries to do this aswell, but when you take the helicopter head to the Pay N Spray in Little Havanna and a little south there should be a bike parked up, jump out of your helicopter, get on it and make a quick getaway to the Pay N Spray. Kanney Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 15 times I tried it. Here's what I came up with. Get Rocketlauncher, drive to the washington beach, get on top of the station. Shoot both cops, (doesnt matter about getting the stars, cos you'll get them anyway after blowing the antenna. Grab the armour, fly to Havana, shoot down the antenna, fly to downtown, land on the building opposite where mitch bakers bar was last time. So you are looking down on the antenna, blow both of them. 5 stars. Fly to the docks where Juan Cortez (colonel) boat was in VC, get out of the water and hop on the bike that is there. Waterbottle Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 I tried a ton of times, but then I got a rather awesome plan, finsihed it in my second try with that (first time I failed becouse I got stuck in a wall when I jumped out of the chopper). After blowing up all antennas take the chopper (I recommend shooting all the cops on the roof and blowing up the police chopper in air first, so you don't get busted/wasted). Then fly down towards the pay and spray, then when you get there continiue south down to an empire (right south for the pay and spray). Then fly down low, and jump out of the chopper right outside of the empire (don't bother with landing, just jump out, else you give the cops time to get out of theire vehicles and shoot you). If it doesn't spawn, there's a Perenial next to your girlfriend's house. Come in fast with the heli, bail so you fall next to the car, quickly drive it to the Pay-n-Spray before the cops have time to spawn. That's how I did it. It's simple..Just get in the chopper at the first Police station, land it on the other roofs, then after all of the atenas are destoryed, I flew to where Cortez's boat is in VC. CarpetDweller Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 (edited) This took me 4 goes. 1st - Got to the part where i have to lose the stars, landed in the compound and entered the safehouse. I thought that changing my clothes would lose the stars - it doesn't. 2nd - Helicopter fell off the last roof while I was out of it shooting the antennas. Actually managed to jump down without being killed - was then killed. 3rd - Landed right next to a car hoping to make a quick drive to the Pay 'n' Spray - never even made it to the car. 4th - As 1st attempt but landed in various floating bribe 'star' icons to bring wanted level down. There's one right by the last PD (hotel building site?) and another by the airport. I never really got shot at, so once I realised this method was likely to work it was quite fun trying to find them. Method = take car up main road to first PD, can even drive up the stairs at the back. Kill 2 cops, take out 2 antennae. Take helicopter straight to second PD and land on nearby roof slightly higher. aim down and take out the masts. Take helicopter to 3rd and repeat as 2nd. Lose wanted level as mentioned above. Buying a rocket launcher before the mission begins will save you the time of stopping to collect one. Charisma Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 took me one try, bought extra launcher ammo just in case, went to first station blew first antenna up from ground, went up stairs shoot guard take out other one get heli, fly to building above station in little haiti shoot those two, fly to building across station in downtown and took those 2, thenfly to house near paintspray, quickly jump down steal that car and drive it a for few seconds avoiding cop collions to the paintspray nearby Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I haven't tried it yet but, how do you go up the roof of the Washington Beach police station? I've always tried to just shoot all antennaes from the groud til I read here you can go up the roof, at least with the first set of targets. My small heli always disappears once I start the mission. Swikity Posted November 14, 2006 Share Posted November 14, 2006 I know this is an old topic, but it seems that people are still having troubles with this mission. And I know people have already mentioned helicopters, but I got into lots of detail with this one. The way I did it (I beat it on the first try). 1. Take the Infurnus parked in Lance's garage and drive it to Ammu Nation (even if you already have the rocket launcher) 2. Get the free rocket launcher, buy some body armour, and an AK. 3. Drive to the first PD and destroy the antena at the front of the building first. 4. Get back in your car and drive to the back of the building. Take out your AK and run up the stairs (shoot any cops that might jump off the roof) 5. Kill the cops on the roof. You should still have pretty full armour. 6. Destroy the second antena with your rocket launcher. 7. Get in the helicopter and fly to the next destination. 8. After you get to the PD, park the heli on the roof evenly in between the antennae (so the explosions don't destroy your heli). 9. If there are any cops on the roof, shoot them. 10. If a police helicopter comes, just shoot at it with your rocket laucher when it is far away. 11. Blow up the two antennae. 12. Fly to your next destination but this time, but this time, it is a much bigger roof, so land on the highest part (that has stairs leading down to the lower part). 13. There should be SWAT team members, so kill all of them before continuing on. 14. If a police helicopter comes, just shoot at it with your rocket laucher when it is far away. 15. Blow up the two antennae. 16. Fly over to "Pay 'n Spray", but land behind the wall, of the building beside it. If that makes no sense, just look at this diagram: Once you land your helicopter behind that wall, take the car and drive it next door to the Pay 'n Spray. 17. SAVE!!!!!!! Just fly the heli to one of your businesses and drive the car, without ever having to worry about the cops. Just try to swirl from collisions. NtsRock Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 My Way: Save a fast car in the garage of Phil`s old house..then start the mission.. the nearest policestation is in Washton Beach..Go there and destory the sh*t on the roof...then you will find a cop heli stop on the roof,...the cop heli is very good ...drive the copheli to get your rest tergets...when having done the job, you must escape under 5 star wanted condition...but dont worry...you are in air ....fly the heli and land on the roof of Phil`s old house garage...At this moment , you get out the heli, jump down, get on the car you saved before mission..drive the car to the paintshop near the C.A.F.I .....you will find this paintshop is quite near...
