And by the way, when I got all the balloons (almost, i got 97) after the first mission ("Soldier"), I only see the rewards for 60 balloons. I see spawns of everything up to the Armor spawn. No Equalizer, Flamethrower, or Rocket Launcher. Has anyone else tried getting all (or more than 60) after the 1st mission with the use of CheatDevice (in order to get to Ocean, Washington Beach, and Vice Point)? EDIT: Nevermind about the balloons. I found them. The one in Vice Point is at the top of the apartment building, underneath the extended roof. The Ocean Beach one is in the building under construction. I couldn't see it because it was too dark. You enter it from the north, and go to the most southeastern corner of the construction. Stay on ground level though. Look up at the low broken off ceiling, and it's there. saintdave Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 No need to cheat to get that balloon. Kill one of the security guards and they will drop a pistol. When you enter the airport doors all your weapons are removed from your inventory and stored outside. There are no weapons inside the airport at spawn points either so as stated killing a security guard or cheating is the only options when it comes to getting the balloon inside. gtaguy9 Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 this really helped me cause i didn't unlock the second island yet and i already got 70 out of 99 balloons what i do is i look on the balloon location map and i mark where i think the balloon is by pressing square in the pause menu and you just follow the little red marker.
