I had to make a new post to bring in the subscribing members of this post here

 

I had the "Lock Camera" cheat on and when I fired a single-handed weapon, Vic fires the gun with two hands just like the AI would!

It works with the pistol and the 2 submachineguns

I stumbled upon the weapon addresses I found a few months back, so I decided to mess with them. I found the rate of fire, damage rate, firing animation, and more!

Here they are. Activate according to whatever weapons you want upgrade. Be careful though, because the cops will have better weapons as well!

With these codes, the weapons you choose will have rapid fire, one shot kill (on everything but tanks), increased range, infinite clip size, and you will be able to run and jump with each gun, even the minigun!

I made a fixed wanted level cheat..I was getting really sick of my game crashing with the built in version. If you die/get busted with the built in one on, you will crash.

 

So, I made this cheat. Use RTRIGGER+UP/DOWN to increase/decrease wanted level.

oh i never knew that nice job on the fix yeah i just tryed the upgrade guns cheat and there real cool i like em and i tryed the flame wars cheat and my psp crashed i think i was becuse i was in the safe house still so yeah ill try it again outside and see what happends

 

yeah i tried it outside and it crashed again i think i might of left something out that i was sopose 2 copy

That looks fun, as long as you don't get in a car. I bet if you got a wanted level and went on a rampage from a sniping spot, the peds would keep setting the cops on fire.

Can somebody make a peds riot cheat? I know there is already a button cheat but I wanted to access it easier via cheatdevice. Also, has there been anything to fix the problems with spawing airplanes and helicopters that never run?

That looks fun, as long as you don't get in a car. I bet if you got a wanted level and went on a rampage from a sniping spot, the peds would keep setting the cops on fire.

I haven't seen you on the forums for ages Ed happy.gif .

even with it's set path, there has to eb a way to derail it from it. all the car in the game follow a set path, until they're touched or disturbed in some way, then they're taken off of it.

 

even if the plane doesn't move on it's own, edison can do what he did for the dodo in LCS and give it momentum and turning and all that stuff.

 

the plane needs to be broken from the path first.

 

also, vicecitystories, what is that picture supposed to show?

i know how to de-rail it..... to bad no one is here anymore X(

 

to de rail it, use the Full telekineses...touch it.....and then use it and you will notice that the model stays on the path, but you took the light from the tail end of the plane. to verify that you got it, use telekineses on the ground and something invisable will hit you. that would be the plane. if you could get the id from it, then maybe, just maybe you could fly it.

i know what i am talking about. i was also the one who found out how to get out of the plane.
