Video Walkthroughs with Commentary

I've had the idea lately that I want to (see: spare time) start a collection of Video Walkthroughs with commentary. Basically, record and edit myself beating a game in a linear, need to do fashion, with no cut-scenes, menus, etc... and commentate over it in edit to explain things.

 

If I did this, it's same to assume that it would have to be either on disc, OR broken up by levels right? Because it'd be like 800,000,000 GB in all. Most games are a good 6-10 hours. (Note I wouldn't do this with Elder scrolls or those types of game)

 

And if I did do this, would anyone else want to join me and add to the collection? Perhaps have the library here on this forum
