The Dawn of the Dead remake wasn't too bad, not a scratch on the original of course, but not too bad. I've literally seen Sci-Fi channel adverts for their crappy direct-to-video movies which look better. However, it's just one trailer. I loved DOTD '04, and I will be giving this one a chance. Anyways, this does look like sh*t. But, I'll probably see it when it comes out in one of the tv stations around here. At least Dawn of the Dead 2004 was an awesome action film. The Day of the Dead film isn't even set in a f*cking bunker, it's not even close to what the 1st film was. f*cking trashy remake wannabe. I must say, that this has some awful f*cking cover art. Makes since though, seeing as this never even hit the theates. I remember way back reading that it was supposed to come out last april, but they had to do reshoots. Oh well, lets hope this fades away like Day of The Dead 2 and Creepshow 3. I watched a review for it on youtube and heard that it wasn't as gory as the previous films but I'll probably end up seeing it anyway. Me and all my horror buff friends refer to that as "the chicken scene" because when he is ripped in half and the zombie reachs into his guts, he pulls out a whole chicken We've watched that scene about a 1000 times, and it still cracks us up every time. Bought the graphic novel of that quite recently, still not read it. Got it, The Sleaze-Filled Saga of Grindhouse and the Death Proof screen play a while ago.
