This ramp is from the mission "Say Cheese", I guess. It's been said in some of (online?) previews, that after jet-ski part of commercials shooting mission would continue with pcj and sport car episodes. If you look closely at the top of the diving boards there's a bikini clad woman holding what appears to be an M4!! I'm thinking that maybe this could be that all-women counterfeiting syndicate that you steal those plates from in that mission for the Printworks in Vice City. Also a checkpoint marker..... what's up with that ramp? has anyone addressed this yet? why would there be a random ramp in the middle of the street? What's going on? I think i've figured it out. You already pointed out the waypoint, and then there's a helicopter overhead that is clearly not a police helicopter... It's another commercial!
