"Claude" graphic issues

Ok, so i have my game at 1280x1024 cuz i have an awesome graphics card, i have no lag or anything but when the cut scenes come, this pants and some of his face look all pixely. Since the last time i played GTA3 on the PC i had a crappier GFX card, but the game looked fine. I think its because all of the files in GTA.img are 8 bit with 256 colors er sumin, is there anyway to run my game in 32 bit? cuz i think this wouldnt b an issue if it was.

Na its not your graphics card. GTA3 just didn't turn out to have very high quality txd's after all.

so, theres no way i could change the txd to like jpegs? er sumin? cuz im very good with photoshop.

Well why don't you do that and up the resolution to make them look better and upload it.

Jpegs? You kidding? They would be even lower quality. IF you want good textre download GTA:LC for VC that has great graphics.
