To post an image first go here, browse through your documents and find the image you wish to upload - double click on it and hit the "Upload it!" button. When you are directed to the "Image Uploaded Successfully!" page, copy the URL under the "Direct Link" text box. Now when you're back here, click on the "IMG" button, from the row of code buttons along the top, and paste the URL of your image.
