And just so to make this clear: all the stuff I've done in LV in this round I did on 4 wanted stars and without any cheats. I got valuable advice by pdescobar via pm and so I practiced my doing-things-on-4-stars-abilities. It didn't even always work out, as mentioned... If you have to use cheats, it takes the fun out of the game, that's why I NEVER use cheats in any of the PC versions of the games. I have no idea what a trainer is so i'm sure I don't use one. The Raven Posted September 25, 2006 Share Posted September 25, 2006 (edited) I have only two reasons to use trainer, the first is because it can activate hot coffee no matter what scripts I'm using. The second is to clear the cheatmark from the savegame when I do SNP requests some requesters have used cheats and have a cheatmark so I'm removing it that's all, but I DO NOT use them in the Chain Game. I don't need the damn cheats, I've completed the game 100% a few times already and without any cheats, so I'm able to complete any mission and anything else required to get to 100% (except the Chilliad Challenge) just like most of the people here. Whoever's using cheats he should get paid for that! Anyway I'll do a turn... quartet1977 Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 (edited) Minigun ammo lost since you have to pick up the RL in that mission. actually, you don't have to pick up the rpg. i usually go to the airport and get the heat seeking rocket launcher, but the mission would actually be easier with the minigun! just get to the helipad to trigger the cut scene, then wait for the chopper to appear and you should have an opportunity to shoot it down. if not, ignore the rpg, jump down, get on the bike and race over to the elevated highway and wait for the chopper there. You'll Never Walk Alone @anurag: thanks for getting my back. @Bigun: before taking my turn, i confirmed that the minigun works for this mission. makes it too much of a snap in my opinion. my vote's for using the heat seeking rocket launcher. i suppose a real challenge would be to do this with the sniper rifle. or in this chain game, you could try it with the hunter. of course, you'd have to go LS to get it. i used both the hunter and the rhino for outrider; that was fun. using the hunter in the da nang thang also works (if you don't crash, like i did ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
