So I've decided to finaly post up a thread about the confirmed weapons. Only weapons seen more then once will be posted. Pics coming soon, I should've posted them on PhotoBucket before this. Edit: Here we go! Beretta 9MM Description: This pistol has been seen in numerous screenshots, and even a trailer for the "Trailer Park Mafia". This is expected to be the basic pistol of the game. Silenced Micro SMG Description: This weapon has been seen in two screenshots, one of them coming out recently. Considering the game is finished, and the screenshot came out after it was announced that it is finished, expect it to be in the game. M16 Description: This weapon has been seen in more then 5 different screenshots, and even a trailer for the Military Base. Unlike other GTA's, this will replace the M4, or so it is rumored. The only other game to have this was III. Mini Rocket Launcher Description: Well what's this? A rocket launcher we can hold with one hand? Is this possible? You better believe it buddy boy! This weapon has been seen more then once, so expect it to be in the game. Uzi 9MM Description: Oh ho ho! The beloved Uzi 9MM makes its return to Vice City! Or... It's entrance? Skorpion Description: This is a weapon that has NOT been confirmed, infact, it's very unlikely it will be in. It has only been seen in this very screenshot, and that's it. In r/l, this gun resembles an SMG known as a "Scorpian". Dont expect to see it in the game. Edit: Some website just got a new screenshot with this weapon in it. Considering R* has finished coppies, expect this weapon to be in the game. Credit goes to ybakker for noticing I had the name spelled wrong. Mac 10 Description: This weapon has been seen in all 3D GTAs. It was even the uzi in GTAIII. If you thought they weren't going to include this, you haven't been playing GTA very long. It's basically just an unsilenced version of the Micro SMG. If you can't see it, look at the guy in the middle. The guy on the right has a silenced one. The man on the left in yellow has an Uzi 9MM. Credit goes to Jake6 for seeing this weapon. Baseball Bat Description: This has been seen in ALL GTAs. 3D or not. Once again, if you thought this weapon wouldn't be in the game, you must be smoking some serious dope. Credit goes to Jake6 for noticing this weapon. Life Preserver Description: No, this weapon has not been confirmed. Infact, I highly doubt it'll be in the game. But Brutuz and Brandon keep bothering me and telling me that it will probably like the dildo in SA. If this weapon is not in the game, you cannot come and complain to me. I specifically said it probably will not be in the game. However, if it IS in the game, I give Brutuz and Brandon exclusive rights to bother me as much as they want with "I told you so". MP5 This has been a very popular SMG on GTA, first featuring in Vice City. After LCS, we thought it'd be replaced for good with the HK. Looks like we were wrong! Just as well, I like this one more than the HK. Tell me if I missed any weapons, and if I did, please post a picture of them. Continued on post after next. Molotive Coctail Description: Seen in all GTAs as one of the favorite projectiles, this little baby can do more than get you drunk. It can create FIRE! "Fire good" says caveman! And if a caveman likes it, it's GOT to be good! I saw this weapon being thrown by Phil Cassidy in the new trailer on the official site. Credit goes to Jman for the picture. Colt Python Description: Also seen in the new trailer, the python makes its entrance to Vice City. Right now, it's been seen in two cutscenes. This means that it's not confirmed, but they usually put weapons in cutscenes in some way. Credit goes to Jman for the picture. Shotgun Description: This weapon was the third one seen in the new trailer. Phill aims it at Vic, but Vic slips away and Phill shoots at the ceiling, then laughs. I wouldn't expect the version in the cutscene to be in the game, but I expect some type of new shotgun now. If it's not in, too bad. I said it's a maybe. Credit to Jman for the pic. AK47 Description: Kind of hard to tell, but the weapon Lance is holding acctually appears to be an AK! Could this be replacing our beloved Kruger? Maybe, and maybe not. Credit to Jake6 for noticing this weapon, and Blackadder for the pic. Or... Other way around. You choose. Binoculars [No Picture Available] Description: We still haven't seen a picture, so I'm starting to get worried. A few magazines have mensioned them as confirmed, but I haven't heard anything in a while. They may be cut from the game, but hopefully not. So far, confirmed. Cameras [No Picture Available] Description: Like the life preserver, this is a MAYBE. Cameras MAY be in the game. Seeing as we've gotten alot of SA features, I would guess that if they're in, we can take pictures. That'd help for screenshots, and I'm sure R* wouldn't mind us using that for screens. Not confirmed, so if cameras aren't in the game, dont come crying to me. ! Minigun Description: One of the heaviest weapons on GTA, the minigun makes its return. Very popular for people who like causing mass mayhem, this weapon is a must have. Expect to see one in my inventory more than once. Colt Python With Scope? Description: Adriaan has found a new article that confirms some weapons will have lazer sites. This is not one of them, but it does have a scope on top of the barrel! Seeing as Vic is a marine, I'd expect to see alot more weapons with scopes, lazer sites, etc. I bet you there's an M16 with one!
