Royal55 Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 uhh did anyone notice that the undercover FBI agent kinda looks like tommy vercetti a little cant tell if it is becaue his face is blurred but what if tommy was saying he was jailed in liberty city to hide from somone and he was really an Undercover cop therfore keeping his identity wassafethen when times was right he pretended to come back to vice city and knew all about the deal and had this whole thing planned out throught the game with vic and lance.
