meta187 12,168
Great Game, I'll be writing up a formal review on it soon. I just about got this thing knocked out at 98.3% completion. Only problem the f*ckin YEARBOOK!!! This thing is annoying the living crap out of me, I'm down to Luis and Wade, anyone know what cliques they are a part of? And then there's Gary who you never get a chance to take a picture of in the last mission. YARGh! *I found out you only have to do 30 of the errands towards a 100% completion, about 2 minutes after spending all day, tracking and doing all 50. *There's a nasty rumor that 100% gives you nothing but the cold satisfaction you've wasted another 100 hours of your life collecting doo-dads and doing meaningless chores. *Cheats? As is the long tradition with Rockstar, the official and real cheats for this game won't be leaked to the public for a few months, to guarantee people actually play the game. I remember it was several months before they dropped those codes for The Warriors, however the "Man Kiss" cheat has already been discovered. Enjoy. TEoS 1,430
Not sure if i want to know the answer to this or not. The whole passing out crap in the early hours is already annoying me. I really REALLY hate to cheat. But if there is a code to stop that happening, i would be a happy chappy. So later in the game when you are exploring the town. If you miss a lesson, can the prefects come after you there? There are police on the outside who take over rule enforcement. You might want to just get classes done with, that way you don't have to worry about Truancy. Or just get the black ninja outfit.

That Black Ninja outfit requires a complete Yearbook however and capturing all those bitches is killing me, as stated in my previous whine..er..post.
Brad 436
Is it true theres girlfriends in this? In the trailer you see Jimmy kissing this random girl. Anyone gone through that? Or is it just made up?
ATK 2
Is it true theres girlfriends in this? In the trailer you see Jimmy kissing this random girl. Anyone gone through that? Or is it just made up? There are kind of girlfriends, but nothing like SA. You can pretty much kiss any girl in the game. But durring the story you come across girls, and they end up liking you, so you can kiss them without having to give a gift. But I think as you prgress through Art class you unlock options for love and stuff, and soon you can kiss any girl anytime you want. Only problem the f*ckin YEARBOOK!!! This thing is annoying the living crap out of me, I'm down to Luis and Wade, anyone know what cliques they are a part of? And then there's Gary who you never get a chance to take a picture of in the last mission. YARGh! Luis is a Jock and Wade is a Bully(white shirts) Im not sure about Gary. I dont even remember getting him, but it would obviously have to have been in the first chapter. The whole passing out crap in the early hours is already annoying me. I really REALLY hate to cheat. But if there is a code to stop that happening, i would be a happy chappy. So later in the game when you are exploring the town. If you miss a lesson, can the prefects come after you there? No cheats yet, but there are code breaker cheats out, that I have yet to look at. Also a question, I know that you have to do all the punishment things for 100%, but so far I have only done the one where you shovel snow. Are there any more? Also a question, I know that you have to do all the punishment things for 100%, but so far I have only done the one where you shovel snow. Are there any more? Only problem with that is you don't get a camera till the art class becomes a photography class which doesn't happen till mid-game I think, by that time it's too late. Thanks for the info on Luis & Wade though. And to answer your question, every 2nd or 3rd time you get in trouble (Busted) you get sent to the Dean's office. And he assigns you the punishment of mowing grass. Which progresses at 3 stages. Be sure to find a nice vantage point and attack all the people you normally wouldn't while doing this (prefects, adults, children, girls [especially that ugly one]), nice way to get it out of your system as for this you are purposely getting in trouble. Level 1: Small Lawn to the left of Prep. House.- 70%/80%/90% Level 2: Slightly larger lawn next to the parking lot.- 70%/80%/90% Level 3: The ma'fukin football field! - 70%/80%/90% Level 3 is a real Biznatch because not only are you covering a large area, they space the grass out all over the field so that the percentage crawls along slowly as you mow. Your Reward? A orange jumpsuit from the county jail. Edited October 27, 2006 by meta187
Brad 436
This game seems more and more interesting as a I read. This now becomes a must have since its my birhtday soon So can you skip school then?
meta187 12,168
So can you skip school then? After you've finished your available classes, you'll hear some scripted things from the peds but yea, you're pretty much free to roam. If you cause trouble in the hallways during class time (breaking into lockers, fights) The Prefects well automatically send you to class.
TEoS 1,430
You get Gary automatically when you beat the game. And yeah, the football was a real pain in the ass. After I got the jumpsuit I would just load my game if I got detention.
Brad 436
Oh and is there a time table to follow? And how many classes are there? Oh and do you have to walk to school to your house? If you have one.. and back and go to sleep?
Brutuz 1
Does anyone here think that I should get the game?
ATK 2
Oh and is there a time table to follow? And how many classes are there? Oh and do you have to walk to school to your house? If you have one.. and back and go to sleep? There is an in game clock that is pretty much from 8am to 2am. (at 2am you pass out if you dont sleep, and automatically wake up at 8am) But you can take two classes a day. And you have 6 classes with 5 levels of them each. Classes are from 9am to 11:30 am then from 1pm to 3:30pm. The classes are Day1 - Chemistry and English Day2 - Art and Gym Day3 - Photography and Shop And the school is a campus so from the school to the boys dorm is a few steps away. Although you do unlock other safe houses later on in the game throughout the city.
meta187 12,168
You get Gary automatically when you beat the game. Thanks for that, I was really getting a bit pissed at never having the chance to photo him, still looking for Wade and Luis though.

Thanks for that, I was really getting a bit pissed at never having the chance to photo him, still looking for Wade and Luis though. Hmm, The jocks are easy to find (gym, football field), but for the bullies, usually see most of them right in front of the main school building, and also sometimes inside th boys dorm. meta187 12,168
100% Yea. I'm a faster dork than the next. Anywho sad to say it, nothing is in fact your reward for 100%. No Bells. No Whistles. No Hot Coffee. Not even a, "Congratluations you haven't even the slightest version of a life!" Thanks for the leads ATK, the last Bully was harder to find because there are 3 of them that you always see and two auto-populate less frequently, the best place to find Wade is the school parking lot next to your bike garage. Louis was out in front of the Gym and looked kind of generic which is probably why I kept missing him. Gary you don't get (as TEoS pointed out) till after you beat the last mission. If anyone has any questions on the game feel free to post them here I'll check back from time to time as I'm writing up the review.
Brad 436
Right this may complicate things but... Is there a monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday? How long is the game clock? 1 Second= A minute ect After you completed the game are you able to free roam? Is it one full year? Is there a limit to the lessons? Are the lessons spaced out? Those questions were aking on my mind. Sorry if its too much!
TEoS 1,430
1. From what I saw, there are no weekdays. 2. Dunno. Sounds about right. I think the clock slows down during certain tasks (though I'm not sure), and sometimes disapears altogether, like during detention. 3. Yes, you can still free roam once you do the last mission. 4. The year progresses as you complete storyline missions. If you don't do any missions, the year won't advance. If you do, you'll get to experience, fall, winter, spring, and summer, with a few holidays thrown in there. 5. There are 6 courses I think, with 5 classes each. 6. There's a morning class, a 'lunch break' (though no lunch is actually consumed), and then an afternoon class.
Brad 436
Ok, in classes like P.E 1. Do you get to play football (soccer) 2. Basketball? 3. Americain football? And can you play them in free roam? Or is it where you play it only once in lesson...
CarpetDweller 5
In Gym class you wrestle (and learn new moves) and play dodgeball. There are other sport-like games around like keepy-uppy (or similar name) and Penalty shots (where you have to hit the kid in the goal with the ball. Both of those can be bet on. There's also a boxing gym in town where you can box. I'm not sure about the wrestling, but you can do all the others in free-roam. Although some of these depend on the time of day. If this is really based on the same engine that made San Andreas it's strange they didn't keep the basket ball minigame in there. You can dribble basket balls and throw them, but I've not shot one into a basket yet. Maybe it's there and I didn't do it right. Most of the balls found around can be kicked or thrown at people. Question: Can I still get detention after finishing chapter 5? I heard if I complete all the detentions then I get a Prison Uniform. I did the shovelling snow and mowing detentions earlier, but since finishing the storyline I haven't been able to get anymore detention no matter how many times I'm busted. I just either get sent to the current lesson or appear outside the Principal's office. I've checked and I don't have the reward. Do I have to go back to an earlier save? Brad 436
Another question How do you know what class your going to? Or do you turn up at any old class?
Sly_Madman 2
Another question How do you know what class your going to? Or do you turn up at any old class? The bell will ring and a little orange bell will show up on your radar.

Although some of these depend on the time of day. The westling cant be done after the two are done in guym class. They are only used to teach you the moves. And there is also Dodgeball in the locker room where you get gym class. Most activities are avalable* after school is over at 3:00. If this is really based on the same engine that made San Andreas it's strange they didn't keep the basket ball minigame in there. You can dribble basket balls and throw them, but I've not shot one into a basket yet. Maybe it's there and I didn't do it right. You acctually can shoot the basketball. You just have to be close to the hoop, no long shots. The hoops at the school are all messed up, but there is one which is tilted, but still shootable. In the stats I think they show, howmany shots you have made and howmany time you dibbled a ball. Can I still get detention after finishing chapter 5 I also have this problem, and I have only done the snow shoveling. I would imagine that besides that and the mowing, there would be leaf raking? How do you know what class your going to? Or do you turn up at any old class? When the bell appears on the map, go to it, and look at the door, it will either be the chemistry, art, or english room. Then if you have it outside, it will either be gym or shop in thier repective places. If the day before, you had gym as the last class, the next day your first class will be photography at the art room.
Raindancer 134
Just started Chapter 2. Missed about a week of school time by exploring the nearby town. Found 1 secret so far (The Pirate hat from the guy on the island) Then I found the fun fair! Been go carting like crazy to build up my tickets. One question I have. If I buy the Moped (75 Tickets) is it mine to keep? Where is it stored?
zeta1 0
It'll be in the garage just like your bikes. If you have the best bike that you acquire from shop class, it will overwrite the second bike, not the best one, so no worries mate. You won't be able to ride it without notoriety without the helmet though, and that's a huge downside. Edited November 1, 2006 by zeta1

zeta1 0
Pull up your map of Bullworth, then uncheck the arrows and only leave garages on. And that's your answer. Up close they look like red shed doors. Edited November 1, 2006 by zeta1
jarjar 3
Wahoo, finally got the game today, after a week or more I finally was able to find it somewhere. I'm up to the first Halloween missions at the moment, about 5.87% through. Looking forward to playing it again tomorrow, it's a lot of fun, thats for sure .

Raindancer 134
At first i was not sure. But after a few hours of game play, I love it! Looking forward to playing tonight when i get out of work. Did you know if you are late for class or can't be bothered searching for the right place to be. Just beat up a prefect and when they bust you. You will bring you to class. Useless tip I know!! Oh. I have smashed all the pumpkins and gravestones and got my special clothing. What do you get for collecting those bands / C&G Cards / Braking gnomes and what ever else there is?
