The Hydra has a slimmer chance. It needs game engine work, for starters, to make it VTOL capable. However, there is an air force base ingame, but it's a long shot. It was the worst model in SA though. I only flew it in SA 2 times, if I want water aircraft, I'll take the Sea Sparrow. I'd like to see a return of the Shamel and Hydra. I don't know about the Hydra, though. It's (obviously) based on a Harrier jet. I don't think there were Harriers in 1984, though I don't know much about aircraft history. As for fishing, I played alot of The Legend of Zelda: Ocaraina of Time when I was younger. It had a fishing minigame that was fun. You got prizes and money for record catches. Perhaps they could do that in VCS. And I already know someone's going to say "Why don't you get off your lazy ass and GO fishing?" so don't even bother, I just said it for you. With some practice, even the GTA3's clipped wing Dodo will do a lot more than the Skimmer in air, not to mention any other plane. If you compare planes from SA, Skimmer is the absolute worst aircraft without a doubt. Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns.
