ere
i am a decent computer user but not a developer or 3d designer. i downloaded several car mods and installed according to instructions, but the cars has from then on disappeared. eg i replaced the Buffalo with a mod as instructed, but the Buffalo was no where to be seen anymore, not even outside Catalina's hideout. any ideas why? i am sure i followed the instructions. i have 768mb RAM and ATI Radeon 9100IGP. could that be why? thanks
Timpo
well, I think you must have something wrong, because it should work if you do everything by the instructions. can you tell what mods you installed?
xtal256
i have 768mb RAM and ATI Radeon 9100IGP. could that be why? possibly, but i have problems like that all the time. Do you have any 3d moddeling programs (zmod, 3d Studio). Because sometimes i make a model in zmod and when i put it in the game, it's not there. It might be a problem with zmod, so get zmod and try to import your car in and see if there's anything wrong. Also, check out the tutorial forum and look at some tutes on making/installing cars
FedRebel
To check on the cars you installed get this http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=434 Simply select the models you replaced and see what you get via the model viewer, failing that just replace the data files with their backups (you did make backups, didn't you?) and reinstall your mods Additionally you should use the GGM for all future vehicle installs

ere
i installed several mods using GGMM and it looks fine in the program. however it crashes every time i load my save or even starting a new game. what could the problem be? my game is fine now, after crashing twice and having me replacing carmod and carcol with the originals. however every time i walk close to a garage the game crashes, probably because i stalled cars in before modding them. with the game running, it is interesting to see how the game bias when spawning cars. wonder if its about the size of the model. now on The Strip one can only find Porsche Cayenne (modded Stratum), Aston Martin DB9 (modded Buffalo) and Stretch. any ways to fix this? i installed 10+ mods of various cars, but most of them i prefer not to replace the car suggested by the author of the mod. so i change the name of the files and car names in the lines to replace and here is my save game. wonder if someone can help me move cars out of: 1. garage in Doherty 2. garage of Johnsons' house 3. if possible, garage of that very expensive save house outside commerce on the hill in Los Santos thanks for all help, and thanks in advance
