Adoward Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 I am SO getting an XBox360 just for this. Hopefully the gameplay can live up to the standard that the graphics have set. What standard? This game has been announced for over a year and next to nothing other than a few (pre-rendered) screenshots have been shown. The company that is producing the game is falling apart, and if the game ever IS released, there will already be countless games out there with equal or better graphics. guv Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 Man, It seems too good to be true. That's because they're called renders. This same kind of hype is what had so many people clamoring over Driver 3, but in the end it turned out to be a half-baked, unpolished, glitchy game. Wait untill in-game screens exist to form opinions. Those weren't renders, they were images of the Xbox version of Driv3r. Driv3r's graphics on Xbox looked astonishingly good (far better than the grainy PS2 version) until they were marrred by pop up and of course the terrible, terrible missions and Tanner's crab-like movement shattered the illusion. Let's hope that such important factors as gameplay and draw distance etc aren't lost in 2 Days To Vegas as well, eh? Static graphics don't tell the whole tale.
