the ninja
Right click the picture you want, go down and select "properties". Highlight the text that's beside where it says "URL Adress", and select "copy". Now, when adding a reply, click the little gray square that has IMG on it. When a text bar comes up, right click and select "paste". Click OK, and you're done. It will just be a bunch of text, but when you post it, it'll be a picture. P.S. None of this: , please. Nobody will think it's cute.

fuckindumass
@ninja, you had an opportunity and you grabbed it. props. @GTA, yup @ stickman. Open ImageTool2.0, and click on file, then navigate to Models folder, and open gta3.img. Hit F2 and type in enough of the file name to locate what you are looking for. Use F3 to search further if need be. Right click on the file once you have located it, and choose the option you need, I assume it would be 'replace' If when replacing a file, you are informed the new file is too large, then delete the original file, and go to 'command'. Click on 'add' and navigate to your new file. Once you have your new file in, close ImgTool2.0 and test. If all is still OK, add another file, test again. Once you have added and tested all files, if all is still good, go back to ImgTool and look for 'rebuild archive', in the commands menu. *Make sure you have enough memory available to complete the rebuild. It doesn't take much, but if you are down to 500mb on your hdd, make some room. *Back up (create copies) of any file you are going to tamper with. No one is going to send you a new gta3.img. ph34rme
Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I'm having difficulties as well. Any time I try to replace a .txd within the gta.img file, it says either "File Access Denied" or "Error, File May Already Be In Use." Any ideas on how to resolve this? I havent got the gamer running in the background, so I dont't know why it thinks it's in use. Thanks in advance. :|
fuckindumass
Sounds like it could be you still have img file set as read only. Right click it, click on properties, uncheck the read only box and apply. Then try using the image tool again.
