SA camera modes

I was just wondering if there is a way to edit the camera modes in San Andreas via the text files (.dat, .cfg, .ide, whatever).

 

I know there's Camera Hack, it's a great tool but it can't do what I'm looking for. My idea is to change the distance of the camera toward the character/vehicle when in cinematic camera. I use this camera mode to make small videos, which works fairly well when driving cars, but when driving motorbikes the camera stays too far away to get decent footage.

 

I first thought it was related to the vehicle's size since te camera behaves differently depending on the vehicle used, but I couldn't find anything in the handling lines regarding the dimensions.

 

Any thoughts?
