This looks like one kick as game.

 

I loved Vice City so why not like this one!

 

Any one think they mite get it. Its comming this October i think to PS2, Xbox, PC and PS3(Though TBA) and the Xbox 360 version is cancelled.

 

Can't wait for my little friend!!

Yeah I dunno, I like how they have it set in a what if scenario if Tony didn't die at the end and his fall from grace and then crawl back to the top. I just feel that no game can capture Scarface like Vice City did which in a way is strange.

I can tell you why. Most games that are based from movies are normally terrible, since these developers have no other decent ideas, and all they seem to want to do is take on movie based games with some pisspoor 'new' gameplay elements. It's hard to get excited about a game based on a movie, I can tell you that.

Well i for one thought this was going to be a kickass game, butihave an Xbox 360 and since that version is cancelled it will have to be a no for me...unless the Xbox version works on the 360???

Yeah, but you have to wait for a profile for the game for it to be compatible. I think they're on xbox live or some sh*t.

I've seen a few shots of it and it looks really fine, much better than GTA of course. We'll see what the gameplay's like though. These days more and more movie games are getting better. Not sure about the developer though.

I've been tracking this game for years now.

 

I reccommend you check out the e3 '06 trailer, it was amazing. It had some music from the movie, including Push It To The Limit, and there was also a Crue song, Kickstart My Heart.

 

The game is shaping up to be great. The enviroments look nice and crisp, and the vehicles are awesome.

 

I really hope they nail the gameplay, because that's what it's all about.

 

So far, it looks as if they've gotten that 80's Miami atmosphere down, let's hope they make a solid game.

The trailers on gamespot look nice, I'll probably just rent it though. I don't buy games unless I'm sure I'll like them and enjoy replaying them like GTA and Halo games. Others I just rent. Sucks they didn't make this a next gen game, could have been great.

I hope this game doesn't suck because the whole 80's Miami vibe makes me feel really gay inside. Apart from the map itself, Vice City was spot on, so these guys have a lot to live up to if they're going to create a memorable game.

360 version cancelled? damn.. im about to sell my xbox and ps2 with some games to build up enough $ for a 360. oh well, saints row should be a good gta "copycat."
