I have no idea what its called. Also, there is a site like this in another language, could someone post some links that might be these? Thanks! GTAGarage has a variety of different mods - vehicles, locations, total conversions, etc., - for all the GTA titles, including Vice City. You can also check out the Vehicles Showroom. This topic also lists a bunch of sites for GTA mods. You can poke through there to see if the site if you're after is listed. ...moved to Vice City: General PC Chat.
