Seddo Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 i think its either a 4 star wanted level or fast current in the water making u unable to swim across Fast current would suck, it would limit swimming so much. no the fast current would only prevent u getting across untill u have completed the storyline mission which then allows u to swim across. I think like, the minute you cross from the first island to the other, a shark will just come at you at like 80 mph and CHOMP. It's Jaws all over again ;D! Then hurricanes also. How about: Swim to the other island: Shark attack Go by boat: Hurricane. It would be just like Pokemon(don't give me any "omg pokemon sux" crap, you know you played it.), where you couldn't go down certain streams of water. It works great, because near the end of the game, the hurricane finally arrives and does some damage. Imagine the final missions taking place during a frenzy of chaos in the city, with the hurrican drawing close. After that, the school opens amd teaches him how to swim. That sounds really good but you all are saying that Victor already know how to swim.
