gillies Posted August 4, 2006 Share Posted August 4, 2006 I think some people get this problem on dual core CPUs, if you have one of these a possible solution is to ALT+TAB out of San Andreas and press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Task Manager, then click the Processes tab, and right click on the San Andreas process and click Set Affinity..., once in there uncheck one of the two CPUs and it might sort the problem out once you return to the game.
