Help With Second Biker Mission

The one where you have to fill the chaosmeter. How do get the chaosmeter full? have only gotten it half way and the time goes out.

It's pretty easy if you can get a helicopter and a rocket launcher. You can get the rocket launcher by collecting hidden packages, I think about 90 or 100 does it.

 

Anyway, if you get the helicopter, land it on the lawn by the bar and start the mission. Once you're out, get back in the helicopter and get on the roof of the bar. Pull out the rocket launcher and start shooting at cars, pedestrians, or people.

 

It's a lot easier doing this mission during the day as opposed to night, since there should be more traffic and such.

Messing with the man can be done the hard way or a really easy way as discovered by Spuds725 I believe.

 

Firstly buy the save house in downtown called skumole shack, it's on a rooftop that’s around the north corner of the biker bar, this will not only make a good vantage point, but you can reload here should you fail.

 

Start the mission and park a vehicles at the bottom of the stairs to the shack, go up the stairs and shoot at the vehicle till it explodes, this will boost the meter and instead of looking for other vehicles to destroy just keep shooting at the vehicle carcass left behind, this will continue to boost your meter and you'll be out of site of the cops.

I didn't discover it but it is definitely an easy method....

 

Using a minigun you will fill the meter in about 10-15 seconds---

 

Using a submachine gun it will take about 30-40 seconds
