Car Mod help

does anyone know of a car mod that can go very fast and can climb walls and it plows through traffic. I had a mod just like this,it was a farrari enzo. the wheels were not attached to the car body. The car can stop on a dime. It has incredible turning. I ws not able to find this on my own so maybe someone could help. And it does exist.
