wacko3.16 Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 Hey guys you'll know better than me, but I have been told by one of my friends that their is a San Andreas News chopper located on top of the SAN building. gillies Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 I think your friend is misleading you, as far as I know there isn't a spawn point for one of those helicopters parked anywhere on the map. You can still get one to keep if you want it though, to do this you need to be far enough into the game that you have completed "Learning To Fly", you need to go to the airport in Las Venturas and enter "Whirly Bird Waypoint", once the mission starts fly the helicopter back to the airport in Las Venturas and land near where you go to enter the races then get out and wait for the counter to expire so you are disqualified. Once it kicks you back to the menu leave the menu and the helicopter should still be parked nearby, you can now fly it to Verdant Meadows and park it in your hangar. anus Posted August 5, 2006 Share Posted August 5, 2006 I think you could also fire a rocket or gun the helicopter down and then push it to the Verdant Meadows hangar. Park it in the hangar at Verdant Meadows, because it'll be a bitch to park it in any of the other garages and even if you do park it, it'll probably explode when you try to fly it out.
