You can't change the street names or areas (like El Quebrados for example) by editing the txds! The only thing you can change by editing the txd is the background of te signs (the green colour)! But there isn't one txd for all signs. There are hundreds of them! The names on the signs are propably hardcoded (correct me if I'm wrong) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you use a sh*t PC, or have a PS2 version, so really fast along freeways etc. You'll pass things that are just like white blobs in the sky, then the sign loads and you can see it's lettering.
