It might only have strong winds, thunderstorms, and the sky will be clouded up. That's what I think anyway.
woozie92
I think it wont make it to the final game. Maybe on GTA IV. Its too complex
Bigs
I can only see it making it into a cutscene.
ScoobyDoo82
idk i can see vcs having it. they might make it a mission where you have to save your house or something by buying sand bags and ply wood. Who knows.

It wont affect anything... but the tree movement.. and the water movement.. Maybe even the stong look of the sky..
GTA3Freak-2001
Yeah I think it will most probably be a cutscene type thing that is scripted because honestly how is the game supposed to show bits of buildings breaking off, tree's being uprooted, signs coming loose, power lines coming down etc. as you drive around or rather try to drive around in. ATK
Ya, hurricane wouldnt really work in-game. Possibly if they had a hurricane warning, they could have it so that it is raining the entire time, possibly, your car, walking/running and peds would move slower. But it wouldnt effect anything damage wise.
AndyGanteks
:its most likely we dont see huricane but if we see it i dont know how would it be it.Snow was planed for LCS but was removed at the end so anything can be removed before game ships in October. But i think they could make a Tornado!!! it would be spinning. It should start at a random place and it should have something like Rhino or LCS aeroplane properties that it blows the vehicle if it touches it or kills the caracter it would just roam thru the city and dissapear leaving cars destroyed and during the tornado the water waves should be like when the thunder storm is and the trees should be just waving but not breaking as well as buildings and sytuff. My sugestion it could be possible
TenaciousD.
I think some people might be thinking hurracaine like IF it was in VCS it wouldnt be big, maybe knock over a few palm trees and make a small bit of VC like LC is in that bit after you blow it up
