I heard it was blown up during GTA Advance and it was still under construction in GTA3.

It is indeed destroyed during the events of GTA Advance which is set 2 years after LCS I believe. There is a thread discussing its destruction with links and evidence supporting it.

I made a thread about the wreckage of Saint Marks back in November'05 - cant seem to find that thread anymore...how did that get lost? =\

Well, There are some contradictory point I found.

After reading through the scrips of GTA GBA, I've came across some words...

 

 

8-BALL: Apparently, Vinnie was involved with a sleazy barman named Jonnie. He runs a bar in the Red Light District

 

 

JONNIE: I got a real problem that's happening right across the street. They're puttin' up a three-level disco called Diamond Sky and the grand opening is tomorrow night. It's going to attract the wrong type of clientele to the area, which is bad for my business.

MIKE: Let me guess, you want me to torch the place.

 

And the wreckage is at Saint. Marks, not at Red Light district.
