I have no idea what my graphics card is becuase I don't take any notice of them things, but I did take a pic og what GTA III looks like, here; It does look slightly better when playing, so, do you think I'll be able to play it? In that forum, a pinned topic by the name of 'Posting Requirements' holds information on two programs which will diagnose your system specifications. One is enough.
