NRG-500 With a missing part?

Yeah, it's pretty much the same as the lightless taxi from previous games in that it's a very rare random glitch. I think there have been claims about ways to make it appear more consistently on the PS2, but don't remember any details about them or whether they were even legitimate. I've only seen it once on my xbox copy, for what it's worth.

I found a taxi cab from that glitch once. Now it's in my garage at BJ's Used Autos.

When spawning a Taxi in the PC of GTA III or GTA VC it is a lightless Taxi but will this help with SA with the NRG? With a cheat device on PS2?

One way you can find it is by doing a "start-and-cancel" method for vigilante mission. Start vigilante, chase your target and if it isn't the bike, just cancel mission then start again. It'd appear randomly, sometimes in level 1 immediately, sometimes in suceeding levels but not beyond level 4 in what I've experience with it so far. It can also take a long while, sometimes a very long time before it appears as a target. That's why it's important not to let one single suspect go unchecked every time you do vigilante mission, or you might lose your chance of finding the weird NRG.

 

This method can actually work also for an early find of a Phoenix, Turismo, Hotknife, Euros & Bullet in Los Santos 1, especially if you fancy Explosion & Fire proofing them in one of the LS missions. But just like the weird NRG, the Turismo, Bullet & Phoenix would take a long time to spawn as suspects in vigilante mission doing the abovementioned method.

Get all Gold at the bike school and the air school and then take the hunter to the bike school using different approaches.......I hadn't seen it until I had read this thread and experimented with it knowing where the nrg spawns......it may be random but that is how I found one and I put it in my garagae....nice topic......hope it works for you.....I was pretty causul about it......it may take others awhile....but please let the thread know after awhile if it works for you.

The NRG-500 is always there when i arrie at the docks. I have SA on my pc so, dunno if that makes any difference.

i have the half loaded nrg or "gotups" bike and i stunt with it in the above video. it's cool to have, but it's a random glitch, there's no method to it just luck on ps2.

So if I spawn a NRG-500 in my garage on the PS2 with ARmax EVO it will be the half loaded NRg?
