tommy franks Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 i heard the sabre that appears in 'tanker commander' mission is damageproof/fire/etc. however i cannot move it. i know it is locked, but i cannot ever budge it to push to my garage. i tried driving around and back again bust it still wont budge. any help? HERE YOU GO... Speciality: EP* Owner: Gas Station (Dillimore) Available: During "Tanker Commander" (Catalina) How to get: When you first meet Catalina in Dillimore ("First Date") she will give you four locations to rob. The first one is right down the road at the gas station. Drive into the Red Marker to trigger the Mission. Now a (locked) Sabre has spawned in the parking lot of the gas station. It's quite easy to push it on the road by foot and then use the tanker to push it straight down the street to your garage. Note: You must do this before you connect the Truck to the trailer. Important: Before pushing the Sabre into your garage, kill Catalina to fail the mission. Otherwise the car might disappear (it did for me). Difficulty: Easy. You hook up the Tanker to the trailer and the Sabre becomes a normal car that you still can't jack and has an asshole shooting out of the thing with a Mac-10. Obviously this is for the pc version. You need a tractor to tow it. Save one in your garage before you do the mission, then get it once you start the mission, position it in fornt of the Sabre and then make Catalina follow you and kill her. AT ALL. but thanks anyways yes it does it says, ------------------------------------------------------------ 5.17: Bulletproof/Fireproof/Explosionproof/Damageproof Sabre ------------------------------------------------------------ Location: Countryside Difficulty: ** OR *** Mission: Tanker Commander Resource F: ** OR **½ Character: Catalina In this mission with three nice Bulletproof cars, you're supposed to steal a Tanker and an oil trailer and take them to RS Haul. However, every vehicle involved in the mission is special in some way. Very nice, is it not? This should be the first one you go after, and is normally the car the rednecks pursue you in. Method one ---------- Start the mission as normal. Before connecting the tanker to the gas tank, get out of the Tanker. The Sabre is in the parking lot of the gas station, locked. Go push it to your Dillimore garage. Before getting it in, however, kill Catalina. Otherwise, it might vanish. XBOX and PC Method ------------------ You have to get yourself a tractor, and tow the Sabre that way. Kill Catalina first. Then, tow the Sabre into a garage, and it'll be yours.
