Aerodynamic
Would of liked to hear some rap music but that aint gonna happen obviously because of the time period its set in. I dont really know many songs from the early eighties cause I wasnt born untill the late 80's, so I just hope they put some catchy songs in (which I know they will). Rockstar know what they are doing so I know they'll put good songs in the game.

mageezer
the first rap song was in 1978 Rapping's actually been around since the 30's. The first rap album was probably something along the lines of "T.P. Pennyworth's musical speed-talking bonanza!". Though you're right, the first hip-hop rapping was around then. um glad that the game is set in the 80s cuz if it was in 70s the music would really suck , 80s music is ok The 70's= I don't see the need for it to be pinned. -NeMo-
Hey, there's some great stuff already. I love these 80s tunes. Now I don't know if these songs were out in 84, but they're from the 80s as far is I know, so I'll just list what I think would fit the theme: => Scarface Soundtrack - Vamos a Bailar (maybe for some Espantoso-esque station) => Beach Boys - Kokomo (Just has that nice tropical feel to it) => Deniece Williams - Let's Hear it for the Boy => Nik Kershaw - Wouldn't It Be Good (slowly riding your boat between the two islands at sunset listening to this tune...pure gold) => Ollie & Jerry - There's No Stopping Us (has that 80s electro vibe) => The Cars - You Might Think => Bronski Beat - Smalltown Boy => ACDC - You Shook Me All Night Long (V-Rock anyone?) => Grover Washington Jr. - Just The Two Of Us => J Geils Band - Centerfold (It's just SO catchy) => Kim Wilde - You Keep Me Hanging On => Rick James - Super Freak (-insert overused Dave Chappelle joke here-) => The Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane (again: V-Rock anyone?) => Chicago - Hard To Say I'm Sorry => Fleetwood Mac - Little Lies => Phil Collins - Don't Lose My Number => A-Ha - Take On Me (who doesn't know that one) => Donna Summer - She Works Hard For The Money => Foreigner - I Want To Know What Love Is (it's so corny and yet cool) => Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give It Up => Taylor Dayne - Tell It To My Heart (I just love these chaotic drums they used back in the days ) => Funky Town (I don't know the artist here, but it's fun-kay!) => Don Henley - Dirty Laundry => Gary Numan - Are Friends Electric => Glen Fry - You Belong to the City (the song for palm trees and neon lights at night) => Jefferson Starship - We Built This City => The Kinks - Come Dancing => Notorious BIG - Juicy => Theme from Love Boat (that song doesn't even need a comment) So, there you have it, my wishlist
