I think Columbian voices are cool since Antonio Montana "Scarface" had a columbian accent to his voice, but I have to give it to Lance since he looks a bit cooler than Victor and can probably get more ladies. But I think Victor is more powerful than Lance since he sets up the the deals and is the head of the Vance Crime Duo. I am really looking forward to playing as Victor Vance.
