If you have it for PC, use my Timetwister mod to jump straight to any mission you want as often as you want. There is no way to view them, because the cutscenes are really just scripts in the game that use the 3D models, and are only special events that are triggered under certain circumstances, so yeah, you HAVE to have the game. ill checkout time twister though, that sounds interesting.
