I think that Hermes is at Viceport. See the red square? It could the that black thing sticking out of the ground behind the Hermes. I think that's the southern bridge on the left. But still, I don't think we can confirm it. Wait, I see a curved tree in your 2nd image. Try another angle for the 1st one, (to include the curved palm tree). I will check it out myself as well. The only neon lights on the Malibu, are the ones that say "The Malibu" and the little tree. I don't have much time to look up the locations, how about you try? I dont think this is the malibu 1, there is a wire above the building that isnt in VC and if it is in the same place then this wire would go in the river that is next to the malibu or if being viewed from the north it would go into the road. 2, the "building" has many boat like features. like a funnel which could come from a yacht (left of the arm which is holding a gun) it has stairs that look like its going from one deck to another (just below the funnel) a small open area that has a roof (left of the funnel) a boat like railing (at the top of the stairs mentioned above) the whole building looks like it has an oval shape (the ends seem curved) there seems to be a large deck (by the blue neon strip above the phoenix has a big resemblence to the front lower deck of a boat) on further looking the wire mentioned above looks similar to a wire that is usually seen on a medium sized boat(going the length of the boat, not 100% certain on this though) and lastly the windows are rounded like ovals or circles that are usually seen on boats Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So a ship that is somewhere in 1986 probably wasn't there in 1984... It looks like a miniature cruise ship. Only guessing because of the bright colors, man I hope its actually used in a mission. That's probably a cruise ship, but where would it be anchored? the Docks, or Ocean Beach, or another place. I thought it might be Cortez's yacht, but his deck is different, and it has no funnel. There is no fence behind Vic as seen along the Ocean Beach Docks. I'm thinking it might be near Vice Port.
