About 10 building blocks behind the Kauffman Cab are removed (marked with red cross, in the screen below) and the construction crane is spotted again (Blue spot) - that is surely behind the Moist Palms Hotel. As hinted earlier for several times, looks like that, the 'Moist Palms Hotel' really is under construction. Edit: More... #1. At Ocean Beach. #2. At Vice Point. #3. At Little Havana.
