Notice that, some billboards are gone! VCS VC #2. This one is quite interesting. Taking the building in the background as the reference, the T.U.M.E. should be on the PRAWN ISLAND, a little east to the cinema studio. (and I'd rather not bother adamcs asking to insert 3 more posts . It's more work for me as well ). Hopefully it'll be done this week.
