I would love to see a Los Santos Stories, San Fierro Stories, and Las Venturas Stories. Although, since the cities connect to each other I don't think it would work.

It would be nice to have the main character as Cesar since we havent had a latino character...I'm not sure if Claude counts. Cesar can do missions with Kendl (CJs Sister) and you can see how his relationship develops as slowly and slowly you experience the death of Brian maybe or maybe her mum. The only bad thing about Cesar was that he was a big character is SA and the GTA Stories game seem to choose main characters who don't have a big part in the game.

 

Again Sweet would be a great main character based on Brian and his mums death. However his big role in SA doesnt seem likely. E.g. Most people thought Lance Vance is going to be main character in VCS well his brother was lol.

 

Hmmm maybe someone like Officer Hernandez could be the leading role due to his lack of appearances but it would be weird seeing him being involved with the police. Be nice to see how he would be involved in Brians and CJs mums death.

 

T-Bone Mendez or maybe Jizzy comes to mind. T-bone seems to be very mysterious and it would be interesting going back on memory lane if he's the main character. Maybe Jizzy due to his rich and fame and maybe due to his pimping skills but his style doesn't seem to be a strong contendor for the main character in SAS.

 

Characters like OG Loc and The Truth seems very unlikely to be the main characters due to their weirdness but is likely to feature in missions in SAS. It would be extremely humourous to see Woozie or Ran Fa Li as the main character!

 

If SAS does come out I'm thinkin someone along the lines of Big Bear, B-Dupor maybe even Mad Dogg, it'd be interesting to see how their history developed and maybe see them being involved with the deaths. IMO I'd love to see Cesar as the main character but seems unlikely....but you never know!

I think Madd Dogg seems pretty likely. He wasn't in too many missions in SA, hes gangster, he already has alot of respect/money in SA by that I mean playing as sweet, you would start and finish the game with no money so most missions would be pointless but with Madd Dogg he was a mansion and a lot of cars and respect and stuff in SA and he dosn't die. He would be perfect.

Well now it's officially possible that San Andreas Stories can come out for psp. Few days ago Chrono Cross was released in Japan for psp and it's actually is in two UMD's. I guess there's no lack of memory trouble anymore. If SAS would come out for psp, it will contain a whole state, not one city.

Sorry. My bad . Actually it was "Eiyuu Densetsu Sora no Kiseki SC". Some people were just having problem with disk changing with Chrono Cross ps1 version on psp and when i was searching for that game i accidently found the one about Chrono Cross. Anyway the game with two umd's is from Legend of Heroes RPG series. Here's more info:

i wonder why they chose Toni as the main character of LCS not alot of characters in GTA3 have main parts but he was chosen maybe not Dogg... did you all know 50 cent was approached for the role of Cj but he declined because he wouldnt voice anyone rather than himself but Young Maylay is better as Cj.

I have a great idea. Las Venturas Stories, set in 1990. The player assumes the role of Mike "Lips" Forelli who is tasked with representing his family in this strange and dark city. It's before the Triads get their foot in the door and in a bad period in which the Liberty Families are using Venturas as their own personal warzone. Add in emerging ethnic gangs like the Russian and Serbian Mafia and things get really nutty. Seriously, I'd love to play as such a previously insignificant character. Because, unlike Vic or Toni it's a clean slate for Rockstar to work with. Plus, Las Venturas could be packed full of stuff. A small area with absolutely tons to do. That's a good philosophy. Like serial killers in the desert, finding out how those bodybags got there, mabe seeing a younger Tenpenny gambling and getting high. Plus, the Emerald Isle casino means only one thing: The Irish Mob. Come on, it's win-win.

And disk space is not an issue, as mentioned, it's the PSP.

 

What stunned us about San Andreas was that the city was massive, yet there was no loading time between each island, unlike Liberty and Vice.

 

They've done it before, i'm sure they could do it again.

 

It's a good idea, but whether they do it or not is another thing. Companies don't always listen to their fans.

 

For instance many people wanted a remake of Pokémon Gold, but that never happened.

R* Leeds and North are working on Manhunt II right now.

Manhunt1 was the game that was between VC and SA.

Manhunt II is between VCS and whatever SAS will be called.

Well, I hope that there will be a San Andreas Stories; if there is one, ace.

 

However, it might take up a lot of room. Then again, they could just compress it, which is not that difficult. I think we might see it October next year on [email protected], though. (Or a simultaneous release on PSP and PS2).

My prediction: GTA: San Andreas Stories for PSP & Wii (1990), release date mid October 2008 but delayed by 2 weeks.

 

Protagonist could be:

- Sweet

- LB (Ryder's anonymous homie)

- Big Bear

- B-Dup (could revive Game's career)

- or a new character.

 

Alternatively it could be a cholo-themed game with Ceasar taking back his hood from Vagos or splitting with Vagos and forming his own set with some guest appearences from the Grove and C.R.A.S.H. I hope Samuel L. Jackson reprises, whilst Paulaski keeps quiet not saying anything as he's a young recruit like Hernandez learning the ropes (Chris Penn's died) or alternatively new voice actors as with Tony Cipriani as both characters are quite a bit younger and it worked in GTA:LCS.

 

Or a Las Venturas/desert mafia themed game inspired by Casino (film). They could add scope to the setting by editing parts of the desert like the quary, area 69, ghost towns and creating new places/area tied into the plot, meanwhile spreading the story more evenly across parts of the map only briefly touched upon like Fort Carson, parts of Tierra Robada. Sam Houser said in an interview that they felt the Las Vegas portion was rushed as they kinda tagged in on at the end as an after-thought, so perhaps this time R* Leeds could fully do justice to Las Vegas/Nevada and it wouldn't seem so much like they were going through the motions, I personally felt Vice City Stories was more of a cheap cash-in to fil in the void in revenue left in the time leading up to IV rather than a valid artistic sentiment as if their heart wasn't in it.

 

Las Venturas Stories could explore new territory but it would be a shame to not revisit Los Santos and catch up with Smoke, Ryder and Sweet in '90 in the good 'ol days. Sweet before he was O.G., Smoke before he got so fat, Ryder before he was always so high all the time, Big Bear before he became a crack-fiend, B-Dup as Big Bears bitch, Emmit and 'Ol Reece still hanging around doing their thing. There could be infrastructure multiplayer turf wars. It would be the defining PSP game as San Andreas was for PS2.

It would be cool if SAS was released before Gta 4 so that we could have an appetizer before and hold us over before Gta 4, although it's not going to happen then, but if it ever comes out i'll be proud.

 

A good protagonist would be Cesar Vialpando, or Woozie, but he's blind.

 

I would like to see more gangs such as another black gang, a biker gang, a hillbilly gang in the countryside, a desert gang, and more gangs in Las Venturas, perhaps another mafia family or a gang of rocker punks or pirates.

 

I hope they would be able to fit it on one disc. Technology is constantly increasing.
