You'd think SOMEBODY would notice with your "hey everybody, I'm more important, but you can't know why" topic title. It says you need at least 16 MB. You have 8 MB. No real mystery here. You fail to meet the MINIMUM system requirements. You can't play GTA3. Which might be for the better if this gem is any indication of the threads you'd be making if you could. You need to upgrade. Maybe those other games don't have a sewn in check to preserve the experience for YOU. GTA does and your video card is sub par. You asked, that's the answer. Whether you like it or not.
