GTA-King Posted July 9, 2006 Share Posted July 9, 2006 First, put in the Tank cheat, then the cars fly cheat. Then get in the tank and point the cannon behind you. Hit the gass and start shooting. Once you get enough speed you will come up off the ground. it is really hard to fly, but you will get the hang of it. Fly North West past the big grassy hill.
