Yes indeed it is, and it is available in Russian on the official web-site if you want you can use freetranslation.com to translate it but i don`t think it is worth it. Basic thing are -the MH is a taxi driver, he was released from jail after someone proverd he was guilty though he was not -at the end of the game he, as usually, will kill the traitor -during the game he will meet the rivary taxi boss, then docks corrupt owner and then some other "powerful" people Thank you everyone for your support I`ve uploaded some new screenshots in the Gallery at The official Screenshots Database.
