If you listen closely to the scene in the mission "grand theft aero", you can hear Claude say "Hold it"! when he gets out of the Elevator to confront Catalina and Miquel. My Timetwister mod makes all missions available all the time. Is great for a multitude of things, including research, including cutscenes Fido never talks. EVER. I have also listened to the storylines and cut scenes very closely. I could probably win a GTA Jeopordy. That's why I am the king...I think so. And in that scene with Claude coming out of the elevator, he DOES talk!!! Listen to the way Miquel talks and when you hear Claude come out of the elevator and say "Hold it"! you will see that they both sound different. You wouldn't have to record the audio as anybody that has the game has the audio already. It has never been explained why Fido doesn't talk. I surmise it was either to bolster his badass presence or to further the impression that YOU were in the game. Adding dialogue and attitude makes it more role playing. He's never been substantiated to be a mute. The only time it was even mentioned was when CJ was talking sh*t about him and said that to dis him. The end. It is in the scene where Claude is going up the elevator to confront Catalina and Miquel. Once he gets to the top he barges out of the elevator and supposeably yells "Hold it"! Claude has no voice actor, so he has no way to talk. Funny though, because I had a big argument trying to prove to my friend that Claude never talks. He swore that he heard him say "Alright" in a mission for Joey. But it was just Joey saying "Alright?" in a question form. And GTA-King, you are not the King. Demarest is. Trust me! ANYBODY with the game can check out the audio file d4_gta2.mp3 in their audio folder. PS2 users will probably have a different file extension and need to run it through a conversion process. The wording in question takes place at about 21 seconds in. The words are NOT "hold it," but is in fact "who the... heck". It is Miguel speaking as the voice matches and it makes sense with what Catalina is saying and what's taking place at the time.
