Changing game stats..

I'm just wondering if there's any way I can edit things like player stats and weapons, like how much damage they can do. I saw a few editors, but I don't know if they cover what I'm looking to do.

You can change vehicle handling by editing nyc.gci but most other things are hard coded in the exe, like weapon strength/speed, jumping height and walking speed. No program has been released for editing those. It would need to be a trainer or exe hack. There is a way to make tanks fire faster with just GTA2 script.

I was kinda figuring it might have been like that. I wanted to see if I could make the hand to hand combat more balanced like the newer games. It's insanely lethal in this game, but I guess I can deal.

What i find weird is that anything can do much damage with hand-to-hand combat(punching), but THE ONLY ones that actually kill you is a NPC, a mad gummy, a bot, anything, BUT A PLAYER, players never seem to give other peds more damage left then 30% of their health.

Now need to go, got dinner.
