The description is: Durable all-terrain suv, but has trouble catching speeders. Press r3 for vigilante. Roof-mounted gun is for swat members only. I have never seen this in the game before. Does anyone know where to find it? Note that this is not the vehicle called S.W.A.t. that you can find during the riot missions. It has a picture of a tottaly difrent truck, and a description like this: A small tank-like law enforcment vehicle that shoots water ar rioters. Works just like the firetruck's water cannon. To spawn one you have to use a console cheat device, or a PC mod/trainer. For more details see search results for previous times this was asked. For more details see search results for previous times this was asked. it is too accessible, they chase you when you reach a 5-star wanted level. Whether or not you can drive it is another story, i havent had opportunity to try, but it seems like you should be able to, i havent found a vehicle in the game yet that hasnt been drivable. Anyway, I've never seen the FBI truck driving around in hte game, though the SWAT Truck you mention you get to drive in a mission, and that has the water cannon on it.
