Anyway, try reinstalling first. If that fails then try deleting gta.set in My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files. If that fails, let me know. Your best bet is to delete the SET file, uninstall, install. Then try Windows 98 compatibility mode. Check out the pinned bug list for more information. Also read the pinned 'Please Read Before You Ask Questions', and follow the instructions provided. This will help us better diagnose your problem.
