fuckindumass
What it comes down to is your wheels do not have the axis set properly. If you are using zmod2, get the right front wheel placed correctly under the rf wheel dummy, then go to 'display, local axis...' and open the dropdown menu (the little square next to local axis) tick the option for 'offset', then use the 'reset to parent' tool on your wheel, and the axis should jump to the dummy. (make sure the wheel is perfectly centered to the dummy in side view) Now, copy the wheel, and then slide it over to the left using the move tool. Do it in object mode so you can see the axis, you'll want to line the axis up exactly on the center of the left dummy. The is will look 'wrong' since the wheel on the left side will face inward and probably be offset incorrectly, but the game will flip it for ya. Do the same with the rear wheel, and you're set If you use some other program, check the tutorial section.....

fuckindumass
Oh I forgot a couple things. The game copies the right front wheel to all the wheel dummys. To prevent that, you need to make a single poly, scale it down till it is very small, then put it under the right front wheel dummy. It needs to be listed after the wheel. The game only copies the last thing listed under the dummy, so then it will just copy the tiny poly, which you will have placed near the dummy, where the wheel will hide it from view. If I remember what else I forgot I'll edit this post
